We do not offer Alternative Investments due to the fact that they are higly illiquid and hard to price.

Our primary custodian is Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. We can also accomodate clients who prefer Fidelity through our relationship with AssetMark.

How are you compensated?

We charge only fees: Assets Under Management (AUM) ranging from 1.25% down to 0.50% based on account size, flat fees (ranging from $1,200 to $2,400), or hourly rates depending on the services requested ($250 hr). Can you help with my 401(k) or employer retirement plan?

Yes. If you are a small business owner who has an existing 401k that you are not happy with, then give Rick a call. He has relationships with Vestwell, AssetMark, Gusto 401k and can accomodate Solo 401ks either through TPA Experts, Fidelity or Charles Schwab.

Through our partnership with Pontera, we can manage your 401(k), 403(b), 457, or other employer plans directly inside the plan without requiring a rollover.

Do you help with estate planning?

We coordinate estate planning documents (wills, living trusts, powers of attorney, etc.) through Estate Guru. Attorneys licensed in your state of residence draft the documents. We are not attorneys and do not draft legal documents. We are a notary and can help notarize prepared legal documents from Estate Guru.
